Our Commitment to Quality

At Silkenge, we take pride in delivering high-quality garments. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the quality of your order does not meet our promised standards, we offer free returns and exchanges.


When Is Return & Exchange Free?

  • If your order is defective, damaged on arrival, or if there is an error on our part (wrong size, wrong color due to our mistake), you can return or exchange the item free of charge.

When Are Return & Exchange Fees Applicable?

  • If the product was delivered correctly according to your provided size, color, or specifications, returns or exchanges are accepted only with extra delivery fees paid by the customer.
  • This includes situations where the customer changes their mind about size, color, or style.
  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences will not be covered by Silkenge’s free policy.

Returns Not Accepted

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, altered, or worn by the customer.
  • Garments with visible signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at support@silkenge.com or through our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Shipping costs for free returns due to quality issues will be reimbursed or credited.
  • Shipping fees for returns due to customer preference will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
